Note: all advertising must receive pre-approval from FortisBC before this co-op advertising reimbursement claim application can be submitted.Reimbursement is up to 50 per cent of the advertising cost up to the allocated budget. To complete this application, you'll need to provide the following: - For print advertising, attach full page tear sheet(s)- For radio advertising, attach proof of performance affidavit and a copy of the script- For digital media, provide web page URL and screen capture of advertisement- The above MUST show actual (running) dates of your advertising- Attach a copy of the media invoice you have received showing total media costs, along with proof of payment- Attach a copy of FortisBC pre-approval email
