Before you begin, please make sure you have all of the following documents:
Itemized invoice/receipt

Itemized invoice/receipt A copy of your paid itemized invoice/receipt for the EV charging station installation, which must include the installation address and the make and model number of the installed charger (if purchased through the contractor)
If installation was undertaken by a licensed electrical contractor:

Authorization & Declaration/Certificate of Inspection

Authorization & Declaration/Certificate of Inspection Either an Electrical Contractor Authorization & Declaration of Compliance, or a Certificate of Inspection issued by the appropriate authority (i.e. municipality or Technical Safety BC).
