Before you begin
To help ensure you receive your rebate(s), please agree to the following program requirements:

• If I'm installing an electric air source heat pump, I will have a licensed residential heating and cooling contractor, with a GST number and valid B.C. business license, perform the installation. Contractor must be a member of the Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN) that is in good standing.
• If I'm installing a gas water heating system and/or dual fuel heating system, I will have a gas contractor, licensed with Technical Safety BC, perform the installation. Contractor must be a member of the Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN) that is in good standing.
• If i am installing windows or insulation i will have a licensed contractor through the Home Performance Contractor Network, perform the installation.
• I will submit the completed application form with all supporting documentation.
