Complete and submit this form to get a pre-qualification code for rebates on electric air source heat pumps, or gas water heaters for income-qualified customers. You'll also need to provide proof of income for each member of your household over 18.

Please note rebates for gas furnaces and boilers are no longer available. If you've installed a furnace or boiler in 2023, here are the final deadlines for rebate applications:

- Eligible equipment must be installed and all invoices must be dated on or before December 31, 2023.
- You have up to 12 months from the invoice date to submit your rebate application (December 31, 2024, at the latest).

Note: Rebates for eligible water heaters will continue to be offered to income-qualified customers.
